Cancellations
Customer can cancel the order anytime before uploading prescription. Once Prescription is uploaded customer cannot cancel the order.
Customer can only cancel the order online by logging in to their account in EyeMyEye or by sending an email at support@eyemyeye.us
Warranty & Returns
We strive to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers at Eyemyeye.us. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund equal to the purchase price, excluding shipping.
We'll provide a prepaid return label to facilitate the process if required. Customer has to send an email to us at support@eyemyeye.us with their pick up details
Following our return policy helps us maintain our commitment to delivering top-quality products and services. Should you have any questions or need assistance with your return, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.
Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Customer must initiate return request for refund within 14 days post-delivery. Return request can be initiated online by log in to the EyeMyEye account and through my order section. Select the order for which return request needs to be raised.
- Items must be returned in their original, unmodified condition. Our return policy does not cover damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or improper care.
- We monitor return activities to prevent abuse and reserve the right to limit returns and exchanges in any situation.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after we receive and process the returned items. Additional time may be required to post the refund to your account, depending on your bank or financial institution.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. If the original payment method has expired, the refund will be issued as EME Cash to the Eyemyeye.us account used for the order.
- EME Cash is applied directly to the Eyemyeye.us account used for the order, never expires, and can be used across multiple orders.
- Once EME Cash has been issued to your account, we cannot issue a refund.
- Any EME Cash applied to an order cannot be returned for cash and can only be exchanged for EME Cash of equal value.
Manufacturing and Other Defects :
If you suspect a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period from the date of receipt. If our inspection confirms an error in manufacturing,
we will remake the glasses at no charge. Defects in the anti-reflective (AR) coating and photochromic films are covered for one (1) year from the date of receipt. We are not liable for damage caused by customer wear and tear.
How to Start a Return :
Return process can be initiated online or through email.
- Glasses returned in their entirety (frame and lenses) in the original hard plastic case, along with any included accessories.
- Consolidate all items from a single order into one return package and use the provided printable, prepaid return label.
- We do not accept responsibility for non-Eyemyeye.us products returned to us or returns exceeding our specified warranty periods.
To initiate the return process, please contact us within the specified timeframes with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the return authorization (RA) process and provide a prepaid shipping label. Please ensure the return package includes:

Do you offer repair services for glasses?
We do not provide repair services, but we offer a repair kit for purchase to help maintain your EyeMyEye glasses and sunglasses.
Can I send my frame back for replacement lenses?
Unfortunately, lens replacement services are not available at this time.
Can I receive my refund on a different credit card?
As part of PCI compliance, refunds are issued only to the credit card used for the original order. If the original payment method is unavailable, the refund will be issued as EME Cash to the customer account used for the order.
